WELCOME DRINK

Fee: No additional charge for Conference Participants and Accompanying persons.
We have the pleasure of inviting you to our Welcome Event at the Elite City Resort, which is our Conference Venue. The Hotel is conveniently located in Messinian Bay near the foot of the mountain Taygetos and just a short distance from the beach.
Enjoy your drink while reconnecting with old friends and colleagues and getting to know new faces.
CONFERENCE GALA DINNER

Cost of additional tickets: € 50 per person
At Kalamata, flavour and taste are a way of communication. Meals are the time when family and friends get together to eat, drink, share, enjoy, and talk. After all, the Greek word “symposium”, a word as ancient as Greece itself, means “drinking in company”. Enjoy the entertainment delights that our hosts provide.
EXCURSION
Dear ICEAF VIII Accompanying Person,
As an ICEAF VIII Accompanying Person, you have the opportunity to take part to the Conference tour offering a Private Day Trip to Ancient Messene. A significant ancient city in terms of its size, form, and state of preservation and still has much to offer.
The tour will start from The Conference Venue, in the morning and in less than an hour you will be in Ithomi hill where Ancient Messene is located. During the trip, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery and learn about the myths, traditions and secrets of the area.

Tickets price: 30 Euros
Inclusions: Public Liability Insurance, Pick up / Pick off service from/to The Conference Venue in Kalamata, Driver/Tour leader, licensed guide, All taxes (24%).
Exclusions: Entrance fees, Meals.
Tickets will be available at the conference desk.
However, to get a ticket, a reservation in advance is mandatory. Reservations will be made on a first come first served principle. Reservations will be possible up to 9th June, by simple e-mail to ICEAF VIII (info@icaef.eu).
In case the confirmed number of participants is less than 20, the tour will not take place.
