Virtual Platform Personal Access

In order to access the Virtual Platform, click on this link and log in using your e-mail address and the PIN that it has been already sent to you.

We highly recommend the use of Google Chrome browser for any virtual event that uses embedded video calls. Experience indicates that it is by far the most compatible option compared to other browsers. Updating it to the latest version is also a good idea, as is setting your browser on full screen mode for optimal results. Our platform uses Zoom for scientific sessions. Make sure that you are logging in from a network that allows the use of Zoom. Some corporate or university networks employ restrictive firewalls; if that is the case, you may prefer to access the Conference from a different location.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be delivered by email to all delegates that have attended the scientific programme, after the completion of the Conference.

Evaluation
All ICEAF VI delegates will be able to evaluate each session with a score of 1-5 stars after its end.

Live Support 

A live support system will be available during the ICEAF VI for all attendees who will participate in the Conference, in order to resolve any technical issue that might rise and/or to provide guidance through the platform.

Meeting Hub
During ICEAF VI, you will be able to contact all participants and interact with your colleagues through the Meeting Hub section of the Virtual Platform.

Policies
Attendees may inform the Organizers of any technical infrastructure failure via the live support system operating during the event. However, any technical failure that might prevent virtual participation in ICEAF VI, will in any occurrence be at the risk and to the account of the Attendee. You are strongly advised to read the relevant policies and useful info available here.
